No compaction, no ruts, no wait

A ground rig needs the field dry enough to carry its weight. A drone doesn't touch the soil at all, so treatment happens on the calendar the crop needs, not the calendar the ground allows.

Goes where wheels can't

Steep hillsides, terraced ground, soft corners, and irregular field edges that a sprayer has to skip or drive around get the same even coverage as the rest of the field.
